Did the water contain bleach and Tide?
If you don't have a large tank with an agitator in it for really sinful people, then what you do is to fill the font with bleach, water, and tide, and let the chemicals do the work.
Another type of Baptism is the deep fast water Baptism where they put a rock on your feet, push you down and let the current take you down to a Deacon who is standing right below are high water fall. He will pull you out.
