Well, if you are always eating and still hungry, then maybe you should look at WHAT you are eating. Sounds like maybe it is alot of empty carbs and sugar. Try eating fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and drinking lots of water. you can't go wrong by cutting out the bad stuff from your diet.

Best of Luck!

How old are you?
It is perfectly normal when you are 12-18 to be eating twice what a normal adult eats if you aren't gaining any weight - it is part of growing and you shouldn't suppress it. If you are hungry all the time, then eat all the time, it is the best thing for you. Only if you start putting on fat should it worry you.
If you try to curb it it may simply mean you don't grow to the height or strength your body naturally wants to.

One possibility is you are not getting enough nutrients. Your body will often stay hungry despite having enough calories, if it is still missing other vital nutrients. But if your diet is perfectly healthy, really, don't worry about it.

If you start to LOSE weight like this.. then it might be a problem and worth seeing a doctor for a check-up. But if there is no overall change or you simply gain weight in proportion to growth, really it is not something to be scared or worried about. Enjoy it, food tastes good!!

Over-eating is an addiction, depending on the circumstances. If you have emotional trauma in your past, counseling or a support group may be necessary, and there are many available. If you believe yourself to be emotionally healthy, then the solution I would recommend would be to take up a light coffee (which contains roughly the same amount of caffeine as a candy bar) with a packet of Splenda (to satisfy the sweet tooth.) Caffeine is an appetite suppressant, and coffee has minimal calories, plus water-based products tend to fill the stomach much faster than solid foods/candy. Also, this habit could satiate your caffeine fix while at the same time make you feel more full and reducing your appetite. Be advised; I said a LIGHT coffee.

Everybody's bodies develop at different rates, so yours just happens to be a different shape from everyone else's. There is no problem at all in individual, so try to ignore snide comments that are made about the shape of you. Also, if you constantly feel hungry all the time, maybe you are just thinking about eating all the time and not really caring whether you are hungry or not. Also, you may be thinking that if you eat some food, people will stop picking on you because you might grow a bit fatter and look like everyone else. But like I said, just ignore those idiots who make stupid comments and live your life to the full!

Dont know how old you are. Is this a sudden thing? Could be just a lucky girl, or an overactive thyroid if this is a relatively new thing. If it is only recent, best get to the doctors for a blood test as an overactive thyroid is dangerous. Kate Garraway from GMTV was recently diagnosed after getting a lot of bad press for being so skinny after having her little girl. She was eating and couldnt understand why she wasnt putting on any weight.

Its just a thought, but if this is a recent occurance you could have some kind of parasite like a tapeworm or something. That comes from eating badly cooked food. - Perhaps some worming tablets would not go amiss!

If not - excersise, no matter how thin you are - you could still be unhealthy inside.

Good luck.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in case you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will improve results than a long work or swim.

My daughter is like you, she eats constantly and never puts weight on. Don't worry about it. If you want to eat sensible then don't eat any junk food, ..... eat more fruit and veg instead. If you drink plenty of water then that should fill you up sometimes and you won't reach for the food so much. Try it.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/rbfCT
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.
