Hiya!! Well not quite sure what U mean by big? So...1st things 1st exactly how many ppl are we talking about or if U don't have a exact head count approximate # of ppl? I saw an idea on etching a casserole dish on the Rachael Ray Show. Depending on the amt. of attendee's U may be able to use this trick. In any case U can use it to personalize your own casserole dishes so UR guaranteed they always come back home!! Add the head count & I'll keep my eyes peeled for more ideas 4 ya! :) Best of luck! Here's the etching recipe.
Materials that you'll need:

• A glass pan -- any size, shape or color (as long as it's clear)
• Stencils (or contact paper, a craft knife and a marker to make your own)
• Glass etching cream
• A foam brush to apply cream

Instructions:

• Make sure the glass dish is clean.
• Turn the dish upside-down and place the stencil on the bottom of the dish. If you're using words, make sure that you look at the pan from the top to make sure that they are facing the right way. That means that on the bottom, the words will be a mirror image, then when you look through the top it looks correct.
• If you use contact paper, trace your design on the paper with a marker and cut it out with a craft knife.
• Make sure that you push the edges of the stencil or contact paper down so that the cream won't leak.
• Apply the cream with a foam brush and make sure that it is a thick layer. From then on, follow the directions on the bottle.
• After you rinse off the product, enjoy your beautiful personalized pan!

bypass to a Salvation military or Goodwill shop, and you will see shelved crammed with customized wedding ceremony junk. in case you desire to serve in effective glasses, i think of it is amazing. yet spend you cash on some dozen undeniable (un-customized) glasses from a eating place furnish outlet and save them. they are going to are available obtainable some cases a twelve months once you entertain, and if some get broken it is not any large deal -- you have 4 dozen extra. you do no longer ought to do favors in any respect. i be attentive to that i'm no longer the only concentrated visitor who considers the cheap little geegaws to be an annoyance to be persevered somewhat that a souvenir to be effectual. the only desire I ever won that i myself valued became a image of my kinfolk status with the bride and groom. It arrived with the 'thank you' letter and 30+ years later I nonetheless have it.

Things Remembered at the kiosk in the mall, or personalcreations.com. Both are pretty easy on the budget.

Find the glasses you like at most any discount store, then take them to a jeweler and have them personalized/engraved to your specifications.
