Quick and easy healthy cooking(non processed foods), that actually tastes good and can be frozen. Also, multi-use ingredients such as chicken that is eaten, one day as whole breast then the next, is chopped and used in a casserole. Reduced cooking time. Ingredients that can be started by the kids after they get home from school, such as plugging in the crock pot. any kid any age can do this. Even a husband can do this, or at least im pretty sure we can..lol

Target the working mom.
Our kids are eating to much processed and fast foods. Could this be a cause of the increased ADD problem?

Working moms are tired and dont have much time and energy to provide a healthy meal for their kids. They get into a habit of frozen meals. We as Americans just work too hard these days.

If you are thinking of writing one. Good luck and I hope you go for it.

I would make a recipe book that was divided into 2 parts the 1st part would be fun food for children and the classic children favorites like burgers mac and cheese etc then the second part would be for adult meals like seafood dishes and pasta dishes and maybe even a few drink recipes

Recipes for Real People
I'd create recipes for today's busy cooks, using items they have in their pantries. I'd ask for a list of ingredients to be submitted to the website and create recipes using the responses. I'd include quick tips for freshening the taste of prepared potatoes, for instance.

Oldie recipes. Like from the 1930's through the 1970's. I'm working on it right now. That good old nostalgia food.
