What does "Como estas hoy dia?" mean in English? What does "Hoy dia estoy..." mean?
Also, how do you write twenty-one plus three equals twenty-four in Spanish? How about Nine minus two equals seven?

"¿Como estás hoy día?" -> "How are you today?"
"Hoy día estoy..." -> "Today I am..."
Note that "día" means "day" thus "hoy día" means "today day". So "día" can be omitted and you can say just "hoy" ("hoy día" is more formal than just "hoy")
"twenty-one plus three equals twenty-four" -> "veintiuno más tres es igual a veinticuatro"
"nine minus two equals seven" -> "nueve menos cuatro es igual a siete"

And actually, in spanish it's more like: "Como estás el dia de hoy?" or "Cómo estas hoy?" Hoy día is wrongly said, it comes from separating to-day... but you only say "hoy"... (skip the "dia" bit"....) "Hoy estoy" means Today I'm....
As for the numeric question:
Veintiuno mas tres es igual a veinticuatro. (21+3=24)
Nueve menos dos es igual a siete. (9-2=7)

9 - 2 = 7 is Nueve menos dos son siete.
&& 21 + 3 = 24 is veinte y uno y tres son veinte y cuatro.
