Loft_= Ático, Desván
Basement/Cellar = Sótano
Now, for condos, in spanish we say Departamento tipo LOFT... (Loft-style apartment). So there's not really any other way to say it.
Hope this helps!! ;)

Loft (n.)
Any of the upper stories of a warehouse or factory. (From Webster’s New World Dictionary)
Warehouse = bodega, almacén
Factory = fábrica

So, basically, a “loft” is the attic (for storage) of a warehouse/factory, according to the definition given.

In Spanish, it would be the following:

Ático (being the most commonly used)
Desván (somewhat common)
Buhardilla (not common)

NOW, if you want to be more specific you just have to say:

El ático del almacén/bodega/fábrica.

People from Chile use the word “almacén”
Mexicans use the word “bodega” (I recommend you to use this one since mostly Mexicans live in the U.S.)

El ático del almacén/bodega/fábrica = The attic of the warehouse/factory = loft

The word “loft” in Spanish is referred to “a commercial deposit”, which might be equal to loft, BUT if you use that word NOBODY is going to know what you are talking about, except people from Argentina and others.

Just don’t use that word.

No sé si quiero casarme y tener hijos, tal vez si me encontré a la persona adecuada. No me importa estar sola. Quiero aprender. Quiero jugar. Quiero amar. Me gustaría conseguir mi primer trabajo remunerado. Me gustaría viajar a algún lugar nuevo.
