I know Duccio is "Doo-chee-oh" but what about Buoninsegna?

Duccio is dooc-chée-oh
di is dée
Buoninsegna is Boo-oh-neen-séh-nyah

Italian 'gn' makes a sound like the 'ny' in the English word canyon
I've put the accent on the letters where is the stress.

U is pronounce like oo in moon
I is pronounced like ee in degree
O is " " like au in "author "
A is pronounced like O in "come"
E is " "" like e in "contest"

c is pronounced with a soft sound like cherry

the sound "gn" in buoninsegna in english doesn't exist.
But make sure gn is not pronounced like "signature" in english but like "nino" in Spanish.
