Please take care of yourself and get a check up with the doctor. Even most Chiropractors can diagnose and treat. If it is a pinched nerve or vertebrae out of place, you don't want to let it continue. I have fibro in my shoulder blades and up and when it is real bad it goes all the way down my arms and into my hands almost as though I have hit my funny bone.
Be careful, if it is a pinched nerve or vertebrae stretching can make it worse.
Try this for immediate temporary relief.
You can either cut down a towel or use a hand or dish towel. sew the three sides like your making a pillow, put inside long grain rice as a filler. Only enough to fill 1/4 to1/3 (or more if you'd like) of the inside. Finish sewing up. Now you can either place in the freezer for 20-30 min + or stick it in the microwave for seconds to minutes until the temp you want. The rice bag will hold the temp for quite a while and will mold around your body. Great for any pain or discomfort and will last forever as long as you don't get it wet. Good Luck!!!

Depends on what is causing the pain. Have you been to see a doctor? I once used to, and at times have many different types of pains. But I know they are either do to stress or female problems. Since your a man, we can rule out the female problems. when I do have pain I take 3 Tylenol pm's and after about 45 minutes feel better. One has to give the pills time to work. The pain doesn't vanish as soon as one swallows the pills.

Make an appointment with a "pain specialist", M.D. They should be able to help..Depending on your level of pain, you could have to take pain therapy and /or be put on pain medication that you could become dependent on for the rest of your life..Pain is a serious medical problem for many, so seek help from a health professional..Best wishes..Take care.

Depends on what specific type of pain you are experiencing.
Also where you are experiencing it.
For joint/muscle pain try a salve called Tiger Balm. For general all over pain try a change of diet or life style. You may also wish to look into stretching or yoga exercises.

If the pain is physical try to correct the underlying cause. If a cause cannot be found, or if there is no medical treatment (i.e. chronic condition) then seek a physician that specializes in pain management.

what kind of pain are you talking about here? is it physical or psychological? if it's physical, go to a doctor. if it's psychological, share your problem with someone you trust. Or if you think telling someone you know about your problem is going to make him/her think you less or anything, talk to some strangers you think you wont meet again. it'll help you take out the burden without adding up more problems with someone you know. sometimes, talking to strangers is much better than talking to our best friends.

It could be one of the natural body adjustment mile stones we all go through.
For your own peace of mind, do consider a physician consult. Some chiropractors, have free consultation visits.
Good Luck

You have to see a doctor, and tell him EVERYTHING! That way he can figure out what to do next. No one should have to live in pain today. :)

Go to a doctor, if it turns out to be chronic, or recurring pain, they can refer you to a pain clinic.
