Breakfast: Special K Cereal with Grapefruit Juice
Lunch: Ham Sandwhich on Wheat Bread, 16 oz. of Water, Rasberries, Carrot Sticks
Snack: 16oz of Water, Activia Yogurt
Dinner: Meat of some sort and Veggies

Exercise:
Walk 4 miles on the treadmill

you have to eat a little bit more to lose fat otherwise you will lose only water weight and muscle.
special K is not the best cereal out there - there are so many better ones - i really like Kashi cereals because they have enough dietary fiber and not too much sugar.
you also have to do light weight training to tone up and not lose any muscle because cardio burns both - fat and muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism). dont count miles - you have to count time which has to be 30-50min 4-6 days a week.

The most effective plan is the one that works specifically for you. If you want to lose weight, don't think about it as a diet, think about it as a lifestyle change. Diets do not work long term. Start with small changes that you can see yourself keeping up with for a long time. If that's what you can be comfortable eating every day then it will work. I would however though reccomend more water throughout the day.

i think that you should wake up really early in the morning and exersise about 2 hours and run about 5 to 6 miles.
