Although the appendix is located in your lower right abdomen, the classic sign of appendicitis is pain on or near the naval (belly button). Fever is a sign that the appendix is inflammed and infected. You need to go to a doctor right away and be evaluated. If your appendix should burst it is a possible life threatening situation. Do not use a heating pad!

Sounds like gas pain initially. Streptococcal infections can do that certainly as well. See a doctor. Appendicitis IS a concern, and is the most serious of what is likely. Not the most likely however. The duration of this pain would be an important piece of info for the doctor. Also, your last BM and whether or not you have had constipation / diarrhea. Good luck.

The big fear when there's belly pain is that it's related to an inflamed appendix. Take your right hand, palm down, and put your thumb on top of your belly button: if the pain is underneath the palm of your hand you'll want to see a doctor pretty soon. Otherwise, watch your diet and make sure you're eating enough fruits and vegetables - that's frequently a cause for belly pain and it's easily remedied.

Everybody has a temperature. Most are about 98.6 F. Mine is 97.6 F, a degree lower than average. You must mean a fever.

At that party you kinda passed out at, you may have been violated. It takes time to recover because your colon and intestines have to move back into place. My suggestion is to get a mirror and have a little looksey back there. The assailant may have left some clues.
