remember that numbness and tingling are brought about by nerve stimulation, a gas or a bubble traveling through the heart can never ellicit a nerve impulse such as a tingling or numbness, if it impairs the circulation and brings about hypoxia and ischemia of muscle fibers eventually damaging the nerve endings a tingling sensation may ensue, but such a thing is impossible.
