I've been going to this dance studio for a while, and it's kind of different from other studios. It was cheaper, more fun, and a TON more relaxed. The people who ran it went through some tough times, and we've almost become like family because we've helped them cope. Just yesterday, at the recital, they started crying on stage and announced that they had to close the studio! It was because the landlord was raising the rent, and they didn't want to make the dancer's pay high prices, so they're closing! A happy day turned into the worst day ever! A bunch of the other dancers and I are willing to help keep the studio opened somehow. What should we do?

Maybe try having some kind of fundraisers... you and the other dancers could cash cars, ect to raise money to keep the studio open.

Have a bake sale! Do a car wash! If you guys get together and do an event like that you could do it. Find a way to use your dance talents to raise money. (without stripping,of course). Have a dance workshop day for little kids! There are so many things you guys could do together to raise money.
