For fun this is. What would you pick? You curently missed placed a cell phone at your mom's and she is ticked. She has really been mean even before the cell phone misplacing, and she has a horrible boyfriend. You don't want to leave her because of your friends and the town she lives in. At your dad's here though he is going to marry a wounderful lady. He usually pays attention to you unlike you mom. You most often have more fun with your dad. You want to live with your dad, but you want to see your friends at your mom's and you like your mom's school. Who do you go live with?

She has every right to be ticked that a cell phone was misplaced. But, how is she "mean" the other times? Is it that she punishes you for wrong doings? Or is it that she verbally/emotionally abuses you? How is her boyfriend horrible?
Do you have more fun with your dad because he doesn't punish you? Or is he also stern but you still have fun with him?
Well if mom is mean as in abusive (mentally/physically/emotionally/verbally) and the b/f is mean then living with dad would be best.
But if mom is "mean" because she punishes misbehavior and the b/f is "mean" because he punishes misbehavior then you could stay with your mom, since you like your school and your friends.
How old are you? And what does the courts say about custody?

Friends are fleeting. You will not know the people you think are BFF right now, 10 years from now. Go live with your dad. You will be a better person in the long run. You will make new friends and grow in ways that you can't imagine.

Have a talk with you Mom. Sometimes a court order has more to do with where you live.
She may just be really mad at you for losing (is it lost?) a cell phone.
Things aren't always greener on the other side.

I would go live with my dad. You can always make new friends AND keep the ones from your previous school. OR (even though this is probably illegal) you could keep her address-live at your dad's, and still go to your same school!! Good Luck!

Your dad's-----you can make NEW friends. You can visit your mom and your friensds too. However depending on just how far it is between your mom and dad's houses you could possibly continue to go to the same school.

if you would rather be with your dad then go with him. its your life and i think you are really nice for wanting to stay with your mum i can see the problem but i think you could make new friends at your dads. or you could live with your dad but spend a few days a week at your mums that way you get to see your mum and your friends too.good luck hope this is helpful

Well, that would be a hard decision. I would best go with my dads if he is great. you will always make new friends and can go to visit them once in a while. i mean life needs to keep going. you can't always have th same thing.
