Go by his personality! I named one of the sweetest cats I ever had Scrapper because he loved to pick fights with his litter mates. But as he grew up he didn't live up to Scrapper but was just the opposite LOL. How about Patch for his patches,If he has a white left foot you could call him lefty. Or you could just name him a normal boys name like Mikey, Jimmy, Billy, etc.

How about Patches. My Patches has patches of different colors all over her. He sounds like a calico. I know you said that you are sure that he is a boy, but I would keep watch. I have been told that calico boys have a lot of trouble growing up and most die at birth. I would have him vet checked.

look in a baby book, or online, type in pet names. You should be able to find some good websites. Look at you cats markings and personality too, that should give you a good idea.

I would say Choco. Or maybe Oreo? I don't have to many ideas. Or you can name him Hazel after his eyes, Blackie, Whitey, or briwny after all the colors. Ok hope I helped!
