Because Psychics aren't actually psychic. They have just as much chance as winning the lottery as every one else. In fact the chances are some one who has one a lottery has also claimed to have done it through psychic powers

Because they can't pick numbers any better than anyone else. If they could, you wouldn't be able to even find a psychic. They'd all be comfortably retired and playing the lotteries.

Possible Reasons:
-They aren't really psychics
-They feel morally wrong about doing that
-Lottery winners don't tell people they are psychic; they hide the fact that they are psychic
-They don't 'specialize' in seeing numbers? Only people's lives.

needless to say it incredibly is through fact psychics are ethical human beings and could by no capacity use their powers for deepest earnings... it may not probable be that they are all bullsh**ters... oh no. they are purely sturdy human beings attempting to furnish us un-psychic chumps an excellent gamble! :D
