I need to lose a lot of weight this month for the summer and i plan on running for an hour five days a week with the kellogg diet. what do you say?

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No alcohol
no bread
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no corn
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No potatoes
No sodas
No sugar

i like the special k diet although, i dont think you can lose a LOT of weight on it. i lost about 8 lbs. but it depends on your body type and such. good luck
