It should have been like this:
No te voy a permitir que te coma un tiburón.
I will not let you be eaten by a shark.
OR
I will not let a shark eat you.

Although the selection of words could use some improvement, the message is understood, and I would translate it as:
"I will not allow for you to be eaten by a shark"

excuse me ,but that message was not intended for You since it say "consentida" means a man is sending that message to a girl. the translation SHOULD BE.... "I'll never be unfair with your feelings,happens that You are an spoiled brat and more.
