I've been to church since i can remember, but it seems like nothing stuck with me. Now, i find it almost pointless going to church, and i only visit so rare. One sunday, i decided not to go to church, and the night before i had a dream. I dreamed that the rapture came, and everyone from my family was gone except me. The dream seemed so real, and i also had another dream like this one when i was small. Because i was soo spooked out, i actually went to church that sunday- but still, nothing stuck with me. Do i have a problem? Does God exist- i can't feel his presence.....???Am i going to hell or heaven?

Yes, God does exist. Perhaps your dreams were from God, perhaps not. You obviously know about the rapture, and that many will be left behind. I'm not sure what you mean about "nothing sticking with you". You can't remember what you're taught in church? or you can't seem to live what you believe the Bible teaches? As to whether you're going to heaven or hell, I can't answer that. Have you truly repented of your sins and asked God's forgiveness? Have you asked Jesus to come into your heart and made Him Lord of your life? Do you believe Jesus is the only way to eternal life in heaven? I hope you will continue to go to church, and also to study the Bible and pray. If you are sincere God will give you the answers you seek.

Here, let me clear up your confusion - there's no such thing as either heaven or hell. The reason why you had a dream about the rapture is because your religion has laid a guilt trip on you. They've convinced you that if you don't do what they want that you will be punished for it.
Your subconscious mind interpreted this idea as your being left behind in the rapture. There is no rapture and there never will be. You can't feel 'god's presence' because there isn't anything there to feel. People believe in a god because they are afraid of life and they think if they have an imaginary friend that everything will be ok. It's ok not to believe, you aren't going to be punished for it. You will probably get a lot of grief from the people in your life if you tell them the truth, but in the long run you will feel better.
But don't let me tell you what to do. You'll figure it all out for yourself soon enough.

Heaven and hell are psychological states that reality is responsive to. Churches are sources of community and valuable for their charitable efforts, but spiritually most are worthless. The idea of a rapture was taken out of its descriptive spiritual context and turned into silliness. Your unconscious anxiety about "not getting it" caused the dream. 'The Kingdom of Heaven is within' should be your guide to self knowledge and transcending the learned ego identity and the nonsense you have been taught. God is not a presence to be 'felt', it is the multidimensional reality in which we are all embedded that responds to consciousness. It is failsafe system for spiritual growth - we reap what we sow - and experience what we believe to be true. Have courage and stop being scared.

Go to different churches, if necessary, to find one where the minister preaches about Jesus dying on the cross for the sins of mankind. In all of life, salvation is the most important thing. It is the difference between going to heaven or hell when we die. Allow Jesus to come into your heart. Get involved in a Bible study group. People will pray for and with you. God is seeking you as sincerely as you're seeking Him. He loves you.

I suppose that is a good example of the negative psychological hold Christianity can have on people. Feelings of guilt for having doubts about your faith.

Sorry my answer is slightly biased. I think that you should escape from the negative psychological hold this religion has on you and find something that truly makes you happy and you find fulfilling. Another kind of church or even religion or none at all. Just do what makes you happy.

I am sure if there is a real God he will want people to be happy and will appreciate people probing and discovering new things and using their heads. Not simply blindly accepting everything. Good luck on your spiritual journey.

Sounds like you need to go to a different church. You might try a different denomination, and maybe that will agree with you more.

beano is 100% correct in her answer. You sound like you haven't asked the Holy Ghost to help you in church. When you ask, He will help your understanding.

Do you expect anyone in here to give you a good answer? No one knows. I hate when people ask this question because it is just unanswerable. Do what you feel is right.

Heaven and Hell are myths. They are stories to placate and threaten the convert. God is just a superstition.

When you die, you're just going to be dead.
