Out of state speeding ticket . . . Which point system will I be subject to?

If judged by Michigan's point system, I am one point away from suspension. If judged by Kentucky's point system, I am past 12 and on the way to suspension. Which will I be judged by?

Whatever state your license is in.

It should be the state where you got the speeding ticket. Your court appearance would be required there and not in your home state.
