why don't you call the impound yard and ask them.

They can tell you - but it will be in the hundreds of dollars, if not thousands.

They make the fees high on purpose. They don't want you to get your car back because you've proven that you shouldn't be on the road.

Personally, I think cars should be siezed and sold at auction for a dui. - first offense included.

Normally most places charge you about $100 a day for each day they have it plus the cost of towing it there and any other fees you have to pay to the court to get it released.

Honestly tey should keep it and sell it to someone you won't try to kill innocent people with their car when they are jacked up drunk. Try the bus or your bike so the rest of us can drive safely with our families and live to see another day.
