The life span of a St. Bernard varies according to a number of circumstances: the longevity of the kennel bloodlines, nutrition, exercise, regular visits to the Vet, and the medical conditions that the dog's bloodlines are susceptible to. On average the life span ranges about 10 to 12 years.

Life expectancy of a St. Bernard is around 11 years. It averages between 110-200 lbs, and 25.5-27.5 in height.
It's not a good idea to keep the dog in a confined space because of it's size. So hopefully, you have a fenced yard where it can run and play.

RE:
How long does a St. Bernard dog live?
I'm getting one this summer, so I just wanted to know. Since It is a big dog, I'm expecting it to live not that long.

They are a really big dog and dont' live as long as smaller dogs do. Their usual life span is about 7-10 years. Good luck

my st bernard is 120 pds and will be 8 in october he still looks and acts like a puppy. i feed him a natural grain free holistic diet and he got home made soups for the first year of his life. he also gets whatever else food i eat that he wants. treat your friend right and he will live long and happy.
