I am a caregiver for an adult with incontinence issues. To make less noise, you have to use the adult pull-ups that are soft, with no loud covering. They need to be changed more often but it's worth it. If expense is an issue, get a doctor's prescription so insurance will cover it.

There is no way to hide the bulge. We use a long shirt over the slacks to cover it up.

If your baby weighs 18lbs or more, get her/him some pullups. they are way less bulky than reg. diapers & I think are actually easier. I think they absorb more too w/less leaks! They got cuter designs too. They have them for girls with the Disney Princesses on them. They have them for boys too but I'm not sure what the design on them is. Anyway, they also have generic brands too incase your money conscious. They work just as well!
