is it true that water can clear my face from dirt and pimple?
8 glass a day?
maybe but i had do it but it looks no response maybe too i had to take a balanced diet and always wash my face..
but did anyone had a better solutions?
please!!

Washing your face with soap and water twice a day is the best remedy for banishing breakouts. Use a formula specially designed for the face, which can be found at any retail store. While drinking plenty of water during the day certainly will help to eliminate toxins from your body, it will not necessarily be enough by itself to eliminate the pimples completely. I would suggest you continue to stay well hydrated, although you should begin to wash your face as well, morning and night. Good luck!

Eat less grease, drink water, exercise. It will prevent more, but you may have to use some otc medicine to clear up what you have. If that doesn't work, see a dermatologist.

U must try wet tissue as u feel that u r having dirt on ur face and u must apply multani on it u .As soon as u started sweating let it be on and then clen ur face by a freash hanky.

wash with soap, also change ur pillowcase every day, so the bacteria on it will not effect your face, dont eat grease food, and try not to use to many medicines, becuase they can clog up ur pores just as well

Try using red apple cider vinegar in place of expensive facial cleansers.
