If a person goes blind then naturally they have experienced the visual world and would automatically dream in that format however if a person is born blind then their awakened world is created by merging their other senses touch, feel, smell etc to create a representation of things . These representations would then automatically be recreated in their dreams however just as a sighted person has never been to Mars when we dream we create an imaginary representation of what we assume Mars would look like (!) this ability is also available to blind people as it their sight that is impaired not their imagination! So their dreams can be as weird as some of ours!!
Good question :0)

I suggest only those who have memory of sight would be able to see their dreams. In other words, if they went blind later in life. Those born blind have no memory or comprehension of sight and as such cannot see their dreams.

No, not if they have been blind from birth or young childhood. They would dream using their available senses, as we all do. In other words they would have sound and touch as the predominant aspects of their dreams.

I'm sure they can. b'cause they can imagine what the things they touched except the things or something they never touch. They dream just in black & white color.

If they ever have normal eyes , these is not a problem!
Believe me!

Don't believe me??

this is my opinion but I had to say it.

I do believe they can bvecause dreams are things created by mind. Maybe they don't know what soem things are in their dream becaus they have not seen them but I still think they can.

yes, they can! their dreams will conform to their concept of things, events, people, the way they know and perceive! they have inner vision, which we may not readily understand and acknowledge!

I think they would because it is a subconcious projection, you don't use your eye to watch dreams
