They were beni al Quraish Jews, Mohammad and his Grandfather, so it would have been the Torah, I guess.
Since that tribe were also the Keepers of the Ka'aba, he also probably included the pagan worship of al Lah and his daughters - al Lat, al Uzza and al Mannat.

Another explanation is the "idols" where actually communication devices to get information and direction.
