Its called an Italian Combo and its made by Panera Bread. It is made of Roast beef, smoked turkey, ham, salami, Swiss cheese, peperoncini, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions & our special sauce, on Ciabatta but I order mine on a crusty french baguette. It is to die for!!

Mesquite turkey breast an Genoa Salami with American cheese, heavy mayo on wheat. The lunch meat has to be Boars-head...that stuff is awesome!!!

Meat loaf with cheese on whole-wheat bread is the first that comes to my mind. It would be even better if lettuce,tomatoes,onions,pickles,mustard, and ketchup were included in it.
