according to a height and weight chart your ideal weight is between 104 and 137 pounds, you do not need to lose any weight. If anything you need a thera[pist to help you to have a healthy self body image.

I am not sure how much 105 pounds is on 5 feet, but you may be still growing, and 20 pounds seems to be quite a lot. Just stay away from sweets and fastfood and start making sport, then you will be fine.

You do not need to lose any weight. Check your BMI. I looked it up from the info you gave. Right now it shows you have a BMI of 20.5 which is in the normal range. If you were to lose 20 pounds it would give you a BMI of 16.6 which is under weight. 10 pounds is the most you can lose and still not be under weight. You are at a healthy weight, if you really want to lose weight talk to your doctor first and find out a healthy way to do it and what the benefits and risks are.

105 pounds is a healthy weight for a thirteen-year-old; I don't think you should try to lose 20 pounds, unless you plan to be anorexic or something.

thats too much weight to lose. if anything you need to gain weight. your body is growing and needs the weight to grow properly. if you lose any weight you will look very bad like nicole richie which is dangerous
