Okay guys I need a pretty direct answers. I am not so good at math at all!! So our reception will be about 5 hours long and we want Michelob Golden Light and Honeyweiss kegs and then two specialty bride and grooms drinks, Tom Collins and Captain Cokes. Also we will be having about 3 cases of champagne.

Oh I forgot, there are 240 on the guest list and I estimate about 175 to come.

First find out the reception sites rules with regards to alcohol. There may be bartender charges as well as needing other forms to fill out for having alcohol there.

I would only serve alcohol for about an hour or two. Leave the other 3 or so hours for people to sober up before driving.

okay in a full size domestic keg, you wanna estimate around 125 16oz cups of beer per keg, and for the champagne about 5-6 flutes of champagne per bottle, I'm in the same boat and had to find out the same thing! Congratulations on your big day!!! :)

I dont have the right answer, yet I may suggest calling your local country club and talking to the restaurant manager about it. Or if there is an event coordinator talk to them. There is a science to doing this stuff and oh my how there are numbers involved. Good Luck with it and congratulations on your big day!

Is that for everyone or just the wedding party. You will have to figure out depending on how many people are attending.
