Well I've tried the character recognition change but that didn't help it come up either! Is there anywhere on a site where there is perhaps a photo of a box of tea with these words written on it ? Just don't know what to look for!

차 (cha) means tea
녹차 (nokcha) means green tea.

Look up. Click "view", choose "character encoding", and click "unicode".
If you still can't see the characters, click "auto detect" and choose "Korean".
