what do you think about islam, its teaching and worshippers

I'm sorry I do not know anything about ISLAM, perhaps because I am ignorant, but maybe you can tell me some basic facts about the religion.

Islam is not so different from other religions, the act is like others it is man made, but i think the only difference is unlike most of the holy books it has not been re-written as many times, but the incorrect interpretation by man is far greater than other religions, as all religions man uses it to control, but much is down to man and not the religion. The worshippers are, or seem to be more easily brainwashed than others, and the teaching depends on who is doing it, there are many good people of ISLAM who are taking the blame for the idiots

We can pretend ,like some of the answerers,that muslims are harmless,peace loving ,charitable folk who just want to live in harmony with the rest of us.
Or we can take a look around.Even some moderate muslims are embarrassed about the teachings of the quoran.
Top and bottom of it is,to be a good muslim means following the quoran literally and faithfully.The quoran teaches that all non muslims are infidels who should be shown no respect or mercy.

Do they think they will be spared death or slavery when Britian becomes Islamicised?Was charity worker Margaret Hassan(nee fitzsimmons) spared ,even after devoting her life to aiding Iraqis?
Sooner or later ,whether we like it or not,there will be war in Britain and Europe between whites and muslims.By ignoring the warnings we are walking blindly into civil war.

There are peaceful Muslims and there are violent Muslims. It is unfortunate that Islam has an ugly face. The violent Muslims are becoming more and more the modern face of Islam. It cuts off head with shouts of Allah Akbar. It praises those who kill innocent people. It resists freedom and democracy.

I believe that within the next ten years there will be great wars between Muslims. Muslims will fight Muslims in order to determine which side will represent true Islam... Is true Islam the radical violent Islam, or is true Islam that which supports peace and tolerance. The Muslims will have to decide.

I think it is a regligion that began with the sons of Abraham - Isaac and Ishmael. One was an illegitimate son - Ishmael and the other was the son of his marriage to Sarah. Islam was born of the illegitimate side of the family. Genesis 25 gives the account of this division among peoples.

I think Islam is a highly misunderstood religion. Recent global events (e.g. terrorist activities) have put a negative light on this faith. Peace, family and love are the basis of Islam NOT suicidal bombings. People that practice this religion (the right way) are highly disciplined and I have the up-most respect for them.
