Well, they'd be dead, so they wouldn't need to work on the doctor.
Ok, obviously they would take away the doctor and have other doctors work on him while the other doctors continued on the patient!

What kind of weird question is this????? Anyway, they would work on the patient because if the doctor was already dead there would be no point in trying to help him/her.

i would think the doctors and nurses who were assisting would take care of the patient and someone in the operating room would assist the doctor and call for emergency help in the operating room.

I'm told by a friend who works at a Major hospital in Baltimore that it has happened there. Yes, someone else takes over.
Heart attacks will affect 50% of all Americans and 50% of those happen in people with normal cholesterol levels and no symptoms.

They would work on the patient first. That's the one who is alive.

Probably they'd get more doctors in as it would be an emergency and them both could be looked after.

If the doctor is dead, then there is no need to work on him/her.. So, all effort should be on the patient on the O.R. table.
