It's not too bad....just make sure you keep the fruit to 2-4 servings for day, or all of that sugar will turn to fat if not used via exercise.

That's an O.K. breakfast, but there's no protein. The cereal with cinnamon swirls I think would have too much sugar in it. As for the water, maybe you can replace it with milk. Breakfast is a vital meal that gets you going. Too much sugar will make your blood sugar drop, which leaves you feeling crummy. It will make your energy boost, but then it will drop just as quickly.
I also think that you should buy some whole-grain cereal that has a a low amount of sugar.
Personally, I think you will gain weight if you eat that breakfast.

On left Mypyramid Plan.
I eat 2400 calories a day. Yes, it a lot of food and I am active. I not gain or lose weight.
My Breakfast is varied through the week.
(1) 1 egg 2 bacons or 1 sausage, 1 toast with real butter, Glass of whole milk or OJ.
(2) Bowl of Cereal with fresh fruit and whole milk. (Similar to yours).
(3) Sausage Gravy on two biscuits halved and 1-2 eggs scrambled. Glass of whole milk or OJ.
(4) 1 egg scrambled, 1 sausage fried broke and scramble with the egg. Some grated Cheddar Cheese, in a large flour Tortilla (Breakfast Burrito) fried in small amount of Peanut Oil. Yum!!!! Whole Milk or a fruit juice.
To lose weight on Mypyramid. Find your calories for your present weight, example 2000. Go back and drop the weight until you get a calorie drop example 1800 or 1600. Then see what Balanced Meals to plan for the week. They recommend a low fat milk, I cheat here and use whole, but, it works.

Personally I'd leave out the cinnamon because i dont like it.
How about some oaty porridgey type cereal with a strawberry yoghurt on the top of it with sliced apple and watermelon on the top Yummmmm. And no you wont from this suggestion it's healthy providing the yoghurt isn't calorific.

You should not gain weight from that as long as you aren't drinking whole milk with your cereal.... That alone has about 8 grams of fat per cup. So stay away from it. Are you just eating the dry cereal? It sounds fine to me! The fruit is good, but stay away from *too much* watermelon, as it is high in sugar as well!

You will gain weight from everything you eat but these seems pretty easy to burns off. The water and watermelon (and I think the Life) will help speed up your metabolism.
Its a full and healthy breafast imo. Maybe choose one fruit or the other, but thats just me who has problems when I east a certain about in one setting.

That breakfast sounds pretty good to me. You've got foods from three groups--fruit & veggie, grain, and dairy (you are putting milk on that cereal aren't you?).
As for will you gain weight, the answer to that depends upon two things--the size of the portions you eat and your level of activity. If you don't want to gain, you have to eat realistic portions (tending to be on the small size) and exercise--burn up some calories by walking, biking, swimming, playing some sport that gets your heart moving.

It would be better if you omit the watermelon (mostly sugar and very little nutrients) and add a cup of green tea. Are you eating your cereal dry? If not, use non-fat milk, it's good for you and doesn't add a lot of empty calories.
Fruits and grains are a smart way to start your day for long-lasting energy and overall good health. Lots of fiber and nutrient-rich. Sounds like you're off to a great start! :-)

Why not? What could be wrong with that? No donuts, pastries, or pop tarts.....should be good.....are you totally paranoid about what you're eating? I say remember the old/new food pyramid, and learn to read the nutrition labels - a lot! :) I'd say you're getting more fruit in your breakfast there...than most people probably get in a day!

Sounds okay. It really depends on how much cereal you eat as to if you will gain weight or not.
