I am hungry - Я голоден - Ya goloden (for a male)
Are you hungry? - Ты голоден? - Ti goloden? (male)
-Ты голодная? - Ti golodnaya?(female)
-Вы голодные? - Vy golodnie? (formal)
Is she hungry? - Она голодна?-Ona golodna?
Are they hungry?-Они голодны?-Ony golodny?

The forms were already given, however in the casual conversation this form is not used. "Being hungry" is a rather heavy statement in Russian almost like "constantly starving"
So ,it is better to ask;
Ty est hochesh?=lirerally "do you want to eat", but meaning "would you like to have a meal?"
or "Est hochesh?"=wanna have a bite?"
"Vy est hotite?"(formal or to a group pf people)
oni est hotiat?=are they hungry?

are you hungry ? - ti goloden? or ti khochesh kushat'? - ты голоден или ты хочешь кушать?
is she hungry ? - ona golodna or ona khochet kushat'? - она голодна или она хочет кушать?
and are they hungry ? - oni golodni or oni khotyat kushat'? - они голодны или они хотят кушать?

And if you want to say "I want to eat", it will be "Я хочу есть" (Ya hochu est')
