So I was told that Green Tea is a good thing to drink for weightloss. Does anyone know how effective it is and how many times a day I should drink it? I bought the Lipton Green Tea Lemon Ginseng and it says it has no calories in it. It also says it is supposed to help boost metabolism. Does anyone have experience with it?
I also do drink the recommended eight glasses of water a day, and plus some. Hope that helps.
