My puppy is about 3 lbs, and i applied a tube of advantix flea treatment, but i don't think it really penetrated into her skin, because it was dripping down her coat, so i had to blot it up with tissue. Should i apply another tube, i've been bathing her weekly. But she still itching, i've found a couple small fleas, no massive infestation. All my other pet have been treated with their doses, and going to wash their bedding. But, i would like to be able to use a organic, natural treatment for her. Any suggestions.

I have never been a big fan of those flea drops. They never realy seemed to work. We use flea & tick collars and when they have had fleas we used an all natural "dip". One popular web site is listed below , give it a try.

To apply advantix you are supposed to pull the hair away from the application area (just to clarify, don't pull the hair put, just move it out of the way). and apply directly to the skin. If you do this, it shouldn't drip everywhere, unless you are using a dosage that is too high for the puppy. Make sure you are using the puppy dosage.
Advantix and Frontline won't kill every flea and tick that jumps on your dog, only the ones that bite them. so it's possible she could have just picked up a few fleas in the environment. Try having your home checked by an exterminator for fleas.

For puppies, I've found that adding baking soda to their normal puppy shampoo will help with both the itching and with any stray fleas that may be hiching a ride on them.

Talk to the vet and be careful with flea treatments with pups.
In the 1970s the flea collar, petro chemical product, was not to be used becaus it set off toxins. Just be very very careful with such a baby.
You do not want to see a negative event.

frontline plus once a month as directed... is water proof...

a 3 lb dog probably doesn't need a bath once a week... how dirty does she get.....

use cedar chips as a filler for bedding.. natural flea repellant.. where do you live that you get so many fleas?
