you need to go to the doctor and get medicine you take by mouth also along with the cream. I am a mother of a wrestler who gets it alot. He has a months worth of pills to take and and ointment to put on it, but you need to go to the doctor and get it handled. Make sure you wash everything you wear right away and your bedding. It can spread that way also.

Iodine is the quickest way to kill ringworms.
BUT, in your case, you need to see a doctor - a better doctor.
With that many ringworms, you should be taking an internal prescribed med along with the external med.
If you have a cat, you should also have it checked/treated for ringworms. I can't remember if dogs can transfere them or not. Check with a vet.
Do you know that ringworms will leave a scar if not treated soon?

Go back to the doctor and get something else. That is contagious you don't want somebody else getting it.

use rubbing alcohol it will kill it and dry it up
