Not a healthy way to lose weight. If you follow this advice, you will probably lose weight, but then as soon as you return to normal living you will put more weight on than you actually lost.
Not eating slows your metabolic rate, so you end up gaining weight with less food, however the exercise counteracts this to some extent. If you are exercising without eating, you will find you probably have no energy, and won't be able to maintain this regime for long, and maintain your health.
If you want to lose weight, it is better to eat quite a lot, but low calorie food so your body doesn't go into starvation mode.
Start each day with a large glass of warm water with the juice of up to half a lemon, then do some exercise, then have a vegetable juice with carrot, celery and parsley. Then have a good breakfast. Have a small snack between breakfast and lunch - a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts, or a small tub of yoghurt. Then have a reasonable lunch, like a tuna salad, another snack between lunch and dinner, then a small dinner, like a bowl of soup.
Good luck with your weight loss regime. I hope this helps and wish you success.

Actually, what happens when you do that is your body goes into starvation mode. It thinks that it isn't going to get food, so instead of burning the food that you do eat, it stores it. So yes, you gain weight. Eventually though, if you aren't eating and exercising to much, you will drop weight. However, it isn't a healthy way to lose weight. Like I said, your body holds onto everything and your metabolism slows all the way down. When you eat normally again you gain the weight instantly and it takes a very long time to get your metabolism to work properly again.
The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet and exercise.

absolutely not!! the right balance is the exercise at least 3 times a week for about 30 minutes...this doesn't mean you have to necessarily run or hit the gym...even simple walking at a fast pace is very effective. as for food you should eat healthy and eat the right amounts, thats about 1800 kcal for women...also try to eat 5 times a day, thats breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks...it will help boost your metabolism and you won't starve....!! starving isn't the goal to loose weight...it's unhealthy and in a short period of time you will regain all the weight you loose because by starving you reduce your metabolism.....if your goal is to loose weight then please consult a dietician who will plan the right diet for you, the healthiest way...!!

Exercise requires energy for you to actually do it. So eat healthy food to get protein and energy. You can work out as much as you desire just make sure you know your limitation so you don't hurt yourself. Keep it at a slow pace in the beginning and then increase your workout.
