have my breakfast, come home, rest for an hour and wait til my breakfast has digested then go?? I know people have said its better to exercise then have breakfast but if im going for a two hour walk every morning and do that i cannot exercise on an empty stomach. I just wondered if you still lose weight having breakfast first, allow, rest and wait til breakfast digests then go?? Thanks.

definitely wait until you have digested breakfast before your walk. You will lose weight doing this. The two hours of walking is going to burn off calories and you need to fuel up your body before using so much energy.

No you are eating way too little especially seeing as you are an active person. You are consuming far too few calories and what you're doing is actually counter productive in losing weight (I had the same issue a few months ago). At this moment in time you are starving yourself... eventually you are going to have to eat more because you won't be able to keep up this tiny diet because eventually you will die of starvation. So when you do eat more your body will eventually store it as fat because it knows you have been starving and will assume that you have a limited supply of food. (This is why african babies have huge bloated stomachs because they eat so little and starve so that when they do eat their bodies store that food immediately into fat). Here's what you should do: Continue exercising as that is the best way to lose weight however you MUST eat more, if you're trying to lose weight you should be eating roughly 1200 calories a day and it sounds as if you're only eating about 600 which is extremley unhealthy. Also drink at least 6 glasses of water a day as this will speed up metabilism and try to include more fibre into your diet as well. 1 third of your plate should be carbs (potato, bread, rice) Another third should be vegetables and the rest should be protein. P.S It sounds as if your desperate to lose weight quickly (which is why you're eating so little and exercising so much) but I have some bad news for you losing weight takes time if you want to do it and remain healthy. Hope I've helped good luck! If you need any more information just email me.

Exercises are meant to be done on an empty stomach. By eating you will have stomach cramps and wont give much justice to exercises. That way you will not be exercising the way you should do.

it is best to graze when dieting....which means have 6 small meals breakfast being your biggest...I would eat rest a bit like you said and then exercise...a few hours later have a yogurt and a fruit.....then a few hours after that like soup and a salad.....then more fruit etc

Yes. Also, you will have more energy to workout harder and will be less likely to become hypoglycemic.
