I think Sera's answer is nice because it has Armenian letters in it, but anyway...
grandmother = Metsmam
grandfather = metspap

IRanian ARmenians call it: MEDZMAM
Armenian ARmenians call it: Tàt, or tàtik
Western Armenians call it: Néné
