Just be a friend to the person you are in love with. I am in a similar situation but I am friends with the guy. We are in love but we both have other people in our lives that we love very much. It helps to stay friends with that person. I talk to my friend all the time even if it hurts, the point is we help each other and it's all good. Best of luck to you!
