I want to uninstall a program but once is uninstalled from my PC (deleted) files still appear in my "Local Disk" thingy, in "Program Files", "Documents and Settings" etc etc
Example uninstalling "QuickTime" file of it will appear in many many other folders with stuff in them!
(That was just a example of what I mean)

Is there a program that will fully delete absolutly EVERYTHING from my system of a program/file/folder I deleted?

Anything? help, tips, etc...

How can I uninstall them properly, deleting everything of it!
Should I use any program or method to uninstall things?
Please help me :*(
Thanks :*(

I know, I go to start, then add or remove programs (In the control panel) BUT
there will be still some files of it in the Local Disk, in the "Documents and Settings" and in the "Program files" this is all in "My Computer". This are some files in "Documents and settings" that contain files from the programs that were "supostly" deleted:

Local Settings: Aplication Data and Temp

Apliaction Data (Another folder)

and many mores!

Start=> Control Panel=> Add/Remove Programs=> Select Prog U want to Remove=> Click on 'Remove'.
Some programs are not completely removed even though..Their Shared folders and Data folders may remain.. To delete them ... Restart ur PC. Go to Program Files Folder where the Prog was installed and Then select that folder and Delete it ..Now ur Program is completely deleted..Try It!! Best Luck

It sounds like you are only deleting the shortcut Icon from your desktop.

To properly remove any program, go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and click on the file, then click on the "Remove" button.

Try that "control Panel" thingy.

If anything else exsists in "My Documents" delete them individually and then empty the trash bin.

Go into search, and key the name in, it should bring up everything with that name on it. Then delete each one.
