Any pet product on-line catalog, such as my personal favorite, http://www.drsfostersmith.com, will have "pet bloomers" which are like a diaper for dogs.
But really, if you aren't serious about breeding your dog (and by serious I mean you have done plenty of research into your breed and what's best for it,) you ought to just have her spayed. It is better for her health and you won't have to worry about the mess, or worse, PUPPIES!

Any pet store will sell 'pads' for dogs, or if desperate, use a diaper (with a space for the tail) and be sure to remove it for her bowel movement or you will have one mess! If you are not breeding this animal, spay her. The world does not need any more puppies to place. Then those puppies have puppies and it just goes on.

Got to petsmart or a large pet store. They have dog panties that can be worn to prevent the mess. You may want to buy two of them so your dog can wear one and the other can be washed.

Don't know about a web site, but I used to just buy Pampers, or Huggies, etc ..the "pull up" kind, and cut a hole for the tail. Looks really stupid..works really great!

I was at a Petco the other day and saw little doggy diapers there, so you should be able to get them on their website too. Petco.com

This is one of the best sites for pet products I have EVER visited. Even if you don't pick my answer for best, just go to the site. It's really worth it and I trust them 100%.
Amazing and huge dog products section along with cats, birds, fish, ferrets, rats, mice, guinea pigs... Oh, I could go on forever.
Best of Luck!
