Hello my friend, in order to reduce your nt calorie intake , you can do the following:
1-Eat more low calorie, high nutrient foods.
2-Reduce your intake of high fat and high sugar foods.
3-Let a larger percentage of your food come from the grain, fruit, and vegetable groups.
4-Use sugar substitutes in place of sugar.
5-Drink water or seltzer instead of soda.
6-Burn off your excess calories through physical activity.
7-Eat your grains and vegetables without adding a lot of fat, sugar, or salt during preparation or at the table.
8-Eat more of your food at home so you know what is in it.
9-Don’t be fooled by salads with high-calorie dressings.

You're not being serious about losing weight or you'd be a bit more disiplined! You wanna look good for your hols? Start by eating less fat. Bread is great when you're on a diet as it keeps you full for longer. Aim to have 6 eating times a day. Stick to toast and jam in the mornings or peanut butter on the toast as this makes you avoid sugar cravings. always yogurt or fruit ,raisins,for snacks,and dont forget to drink water. why not try and get up half hour earlier in the morning and do some stretching in your living room,then reward yourself later with a couple scoops of icecream?Dont stress yourself out as that does'nt help for losing weight. Also get a really good book, i find i dont think about food when i'm stuck in my book. Good luck

You need to spread your intake out.
ALWAYS eat breakfast.
Never skip meals.
Eat lots of food that are high in fiber.
Eat lots of vegetables.
If you're going to eat 'junk food' then eat the reduced fat kind.
Spread your meals out.
Eat about 6 small 300-calorie (give or take) meals each day.
Eat lots of low-fat meats and eat a lot of protein.

Consume / look for low GI foods - these fill you up, and are low on calories. Snack on these, fresh fruit, raw celery and carrots, eat probiotic yoghurt that indicate low GI.
Buy reduced fat butter, semi skimmed milk, cheese, try to keep sugar and fat content in foods down, ie look on the packet, low fat less than 3% and sugar Less than 5% preferably.
Refrain from eating cakes, biscuits, chips and crisps, eat only brown or wholemeal bread - no more than 2 slices a day, try to reduce it to 1 or 0 occasionally.
Definitely no fizzy drinks.

well u can either:
1. eat very small protions of food when ever ur hugry but only eat enough to not b hungry and not till ur full, this wil seed up ur metabolism,
2. or u can eg. eat 2000calories and do exercise and lose 2200calories, this will make it so u have a lower calorie intake at the end of the day

Eat normal meals, don't eat in between meals unless it's healthy like fruit or yogurt. Drink a glass of water when you get the urge to eat junk food... i lost weight quickly by cutting out biscuits, crisps, cakes etc, drinking lots of water,... and joining a gym helped take my mind off eating crap! Remember you need to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound in weight, so that's 500 a day...good luck

you have to eat healthily and that way you dont eat too many calories also you have to burn off more calories than you eat. if you are about to eat something unhealthy as you said ice cream just think of someone who has a lovely figure and how you could look like that and a really obese person and how you could end up like that if you eat loads. good luck x x x
