I have diarrhea from eating to many sugar free sweets. :S I have 2 GCSE exams tomorrow and I'm really worried I will be getting up to go to the loo in the middle numerous times. :S
Is there anything I can do, eat, medication I could take etc. that may make it better by tomorrow?

It should be gone by tonight. But you can get some immodium, keopectate or peto-bismol to help. You should be fine by tomorrow though. Just drink plenty of water.

Well that's harsh! I know exactly how you feel! Poor thing. Well hey try this.....Eat lots of starch.....I know....it sounds like you might be diabetic since you've been eating sugar free sweets but in a case of diarrhea some starch wont harm. I usually start in on bananas and guava juice. Dry salt free crackers helps also, dry toast also helps. Do not eat anything oily or fishy or raw veges thats for sure! Hope you get better. :-)

Try to get as much of it out as you can now instead of holding it in.
Eat a lot of FIBER.
Go to the store and get some 'fibercon' or 'metamucil' or some other fiber supplement. The funny thing about fiber is that it works for constipation and diarreah. It regulates you.

you can go to the drugstore and get some lopermide and take that..works great and fast. Also becareful of what you eat. Soft foods like bananas,, rice, applesauce..and toast are good. Also make sure you drink lots of fluids.good luck on your exams.

Your best bet is going on the BRAT diet.
B-Bread
R-Rice
A-Apple Sauce
T-Toast
Also go to your local Pharmacy and your sure to find meds.
