No, i stongly believe that you can't not ever forget your first love. After all that was your first love. Love is a hard thing to forget, if you can forget get them. But i don't think that it is possible. I also think that people always love there first loves forever even after they break-up and find the right one for them to marry and stuff like that.

No way. My first love is the father of my two beautiful girls but turned out to be a complete waste of space. But even after 30 years I still get butterflies if I see him and i can never forget the way he made me feel. I guess its like losing someone in death - you just learn to live with the grief and move on.

I think that the words "first love" are really strong. if its the first time you've felt really strongly about someone then thats confusing enough without having to label yourself. However, I think that we never really forget anyone that we were close with(in any way) so why should we forget our "first love?"
I think that you move on and realise that you can be better without them of that things just weren't meant to be. The hurt fades and hopefully you're left with happy memories.

No way. It would be really hard too. Sure we are pretty much enimies now, but i still really like him. I'm sort of sad that he hates me. Has he always hated me like that? Anyway, if you COULD forget your first love it would be A LOT easier for life. My friends are constantly asking whats wrong with me because I am always so ... sad about my EX hating me. Well, he is going out with my friend now and he is hotter,funnier,and just all around cooler. And it makes me love him more. I know I have a boyfriend and all, but I think of my EX as a celeberty crush. You know, someone I'll NEVER be with.

I'll never forget you chocolate, my first and only real love. I will love you always -- especially in ice cream form with a couple of brownies and some Hershey's syrup on top.
On a more serious note, I have an ex-wife and three ex-girlfriends with whom I had serious relationships. I'm no longer on speaking terms with any of them. I don't miss them and they don't miss me. Aside from chocolate, your children and your pets, love is just a form of temporary insanity -- which is why it never lasts.

The first love could never be 4gotten...yet it stays in ur heart but the challenge is to move on (carrying this love deep in ur heart and locking on it) and moving on with ur life.....;coz whatever u do u'll always remember everything about ur first love...

Yeah, takes many years but if you dont put her out of your mind and move on it will eat up time and cloud your mind for someone new. If you can look ahead and stay focused with yourself you should be ok.
