Start working out! You should work out your whole body but if you just want big arms then do this. 4 sets of bicep curls 8-12 reps, 4 sets of preacher curls 8-12 reps, 4 sets of pull ups (as many as you can do) 4 sets of tricepss pull downs 8-12 reps, and 2 other tricep exercises 4 sets 8-12 reps. Forearms are hard to develop and are based on your genetics for the most part.

guys always want to be bigger and stronger
no matter how big and strong they are
be clever
use your brain
use your words
stay away from bullies
no matter how big and strong you get there will always be bigger stronger bullies out there that you will meet
never back down but don't be stupid
OK - that out of the way
research arm excercizes on the internet
proper upper body strength is important for boys & men
the basics:
- bicept curl
- latt pull-down
- latt pull up
- chest puch up
- use your school gym
- rest between excercise days to let the muscle grow
- run and take breaks to do pushups
- use outdoor obstacle/confidence courses that may be at nearby parks or schools
- its work and doesn't come quickly
- it's a long term thing - if you start today by this time next year you will look and feel different
- so read the beginning again and start a work-out schedule to boost your confidence, confidence is key
- OH - BTW: you can defend your self against a knife or gun so if someone ever whips one out - run for your life

A lot of people thinks that if you want big, massive arms, you work your biceps. No. You should work out your triceps. You should work your triceps first because it's 3 muscles while biceps have only 2 muscles. I'm not quite sure what to do for 'bulky' forearms though. But definitely work your triceps more than your biceps. Anything you push out, up, sideways, or down works your triceps.

Having big strong arms alone won't teach you to protect anyone, although they can intimidate.
Anyway, to get bigger, stronger arms -
Triceps - tricep extensions; bench presses with a close grip; pushups with the hands close together.
Biceps - biceps curl; biceps reverse curl (use less weight for the latter so you won't hurt your wrists).
Forearms - wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, using a wrist roller. Another excellent way to build forearm strength is hanging from a chin-up bar and holding your grip for as long as you can...until your grip slips off of the bar.

Unhook your phone. Practice lifting up the headset and dialing 911 as fast as possible. Repeat. That's how you protect her.
