Given your English grammar and composition skills that you have exhibited in your question, I fail to see how any University would consider you College material.
I suggest you first master English Grammar and Composition and write properly. Take your high school courses seriously. Take calculus, honors Chemistry, honors Physics, and similar honors math and science courses in high school. If you cannot make it in high school forget college as you will not pass freshman year and you have no business in post high school education.
Sorry to be so blunt but this is what your note tells me.

Do you still think that you are eligible for an Engineering degree???.
Even if you get a seat in any Engg college (because of your quota), it is in your own and in our country's interest that you should not join the college.

I find it extremely difficult to believe you made it past grade 2 , with your spelling and grammar .
College ? LOL ............ forget it Winston ! I wouldn`t worry too much about future employment though . You`ll learn a trade in prison , I`m sure .
