someone talks with their mouth full? I work with 3 diff people that do it, bad enough that I want to DUCK (I dont talk them anymore) Whats up with that? ...then there's the slack-jawed smacking noises...How do they think this is acceptable behavior?

On a scale of 1 to 10, that rates about a 53:P. My stomach turned just reading the question. Some people have no home training.

If they're talking with their mouth full and you can see the food...that's a 10. If they're talking with their mouth full but put their hand in front of their mouth to be polite, then it's more like a 3. The smacking noises are DISGUSTING. That's one of my pet peeves...I give that a 10.

I take such huge mouthfuls, it's difficult to anyway. But hey. It's not like they're insulting your mother with their mouth full, they're just not aware how much it gets to you. Let each of them know individually in a discreet, polite way and if they're worth the trouble then they'll make an effort to stop the habit. If not, more fool them.

Not only is it annoying. It is also dangerous. I inhaled a bit of steak when I started to laugh while eating and nearly died.
Yup...annoying...and dangerous.

its awful....but i also hate it when i am eating someone will ask me a question while i have my mouth full of food! if ppl are offended by those who speak with full mouths..then dont ask questions when others are chewing!
