Once I lived in religion, then I lived in sin-but in it alI Jesus was a curse word to me.
I am born a Jew, and taught to reject Jesus being told he is a liar.
this is how I as a Jew came to know Jesus too=as promised Jesus is God and gives good peace & gives good advice = Isaiah 9:6
"Unto us a child will be born, a son given and he will be almighty God, the wonderful counselor, and the prince of peace.
this is what helped me to prepare for life and my future, and it works=Romans 1 tells it comes from unthankfulness and worshiping the created instead of the creator. But redemption/salvation to be new in heart with new thoughts is available=
in Jesus amazing grace that saved me=John 3 repented of sins and got born again
He said to us "I love you and knock on your heart door, if you repent and turn quickly to me, I will come into your heart door and be your friend, and you mine if you ask me in. Revelation 3:19&20
Do you live for rejecting Jesus-or for accepting him?

I can understand why someone would say they reject Jesus-just like a person that says they reject the idea of gravity before they jump off a building.
yet it is hard for me to understand how someone says they believe in Jesus yet reject His words His salvation and the promise of his coming to die for each of us to forgive and save us=Isaiah 53 "He will be rejected and lay down his life to make atonement for our sins."
Jesus said heaven and earth will pass away but my word will stand forever.
"The one that rejects my words has one that will judge them in the last days, the word that I have spoken the same shall judge them." John 12:48
prayin for you to see too Jesus my savior and best friend.

I live for what I believe- following the Torah and Gods word and commandments as defined by the Talmud and Torah. Jesus does not come into it at all. My belief is defined by God, not by rejecting Jesus- he is just a non-entity and meaningless to me.
You want to think you have found something- good for you. All it means to me is that you never studied your religion of birth properly. How many masechtas of Talmud have you studied? How many mishnahs? Midrashim? How many perushim of the poskim, of the Rishonim, of the Acharonim, of the tanaim? How many of those terms do you even recognise?
I feel sorry for you- I almost went down the same path, as I was not born to an observant family and went looking for answers elsewhere- everywhere from Budhism, to Scientology to Christianity. I managed to avoid it- you do not seem to have been so lucky.

Man, I think you talk too much, you got confused with your own words.
First of all, if we're not Christian doesn't necessarily mean we're againts Jesus.
As a moslem I love Jesus, as I love Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon and Mohammad. What we're against is your understanding of what Jesus is. For us, he's a prophet just like Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon and Mohammad.

So we all were gifted with God's forgiveness when we brutally slayed his "son"?
And why the bloodshed in the first place, an onmipotent diety can do anything without conditions, right?
So since the concept of Salvation in Christianity sounds absurd to me, i guess i'll go with "rejecting the Christian teachings of Jesus"

Son of God, what does it mean? On this web page we have collected some of the chapters from the Bible (Old Testament and New Testament) to help clearify the meaning of " Son of God." God addressed some of his special people as "Son of God" or "children of God." It is also documented that some Prophets have addressed some priests and good peoples as "Son of God" .
Adam is a son of God
(Genealogy of Jesus)..."the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God."
Luke 3:38
Israel
"Then say to Pharaoh, 'This is what the Lord says: Israel is my firstborn son."
Exodus 4:22
David
"He is the one who will build a house for my Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. I will be his father, and he will be my son."
2 Samuel 7:13-4
Ephraim
"They will come with weeping;
they will pray as I ring them back.
I will lead them beside streams of water
on a level path where they will not stumble,
because I am Israel's father,
and Ephraim is my firstborn son."
Jeremiah 31:9
One of the Good People
"I will proclaim the decree of the Lord:
He said to me, "You are my Son;
today I have become your Father."
Psalm 2:7
Melchizedek the Priest
"Without father or mother, without genealogy, without beginning of days or end of life, like the Son of God he remains a priest forever."
Hebrews 7:3

I don't live for rejecting Jesus OR for accepting him. I don't believe there is a deity. I don't believe Jesus is a deity. I have nothing against him on a personal level.
And what I "live for" has NOTHING to do with believing in or rejecting someone else's religious beliefs, any more than you "live for" rejecting or accepting Zeus. Your beliefs are your beliefs. They have nothing to do with me.

Your question isn't clear but your faith is. How can one be raised to call Jesus a liar? Wow what ignorance spawned this? Noone should be a slave to what they are brought up in if one wants truth let him read the New Testament and then forsake his parents who will not listen. For when Christ said he brought not peace but a sword this is what he meant father against son do to dis belief, let he who has two ears to hear let him hear!!
