There can be many ways to say them, and the usage depends mainly on the country, or even region, that you are from...

I don't care - (1) no me importa, (2) no importa,

Stop - (1) Para or Pare, (2) Párate or Párese, (3) Deténte or Deténgase, (4) Aguántate or Aguántese, (5) Alto

Maybe - (1) Quizás, (2) A lo mejor, (3) Tal vez,

I love it - (1) Me encanta, (2) Me facina, (3) Lo amo

the verb detener is to stop or you can use basta as enough!
me importa un comino is i couldnt care less
no me importa i think can be literally translated as i dont care
me gusta is i like it, but if it is a plural then it would be me gustan or you could also use me gusta mucho or mucha (feminine) to say i like it very much, dont confuse this with the verb querer which is love in the sense of a person but want in the sense of an object
quizà is perhaps/maybe

I don´t care = no me importa
stop = para
maybe = quizás
I love it = me encanta
